Orders ship Monday-Friday. In-stock products typically ship within 48 business hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend upon product availability and delivery address.
The store is occasionally out-of-stock on popular items. It may take between 1-4 weeks for an out of stock product to be shipped to you. You will receive an e-mail notification upon shipment.
The final price shown to you is inclusive of all the handling and delivery charges.
The GST is mandatory. The final price shown to you at the time of checkout is inclusive of GST.

Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as Zero, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers. For all , please allow for an additional 1-2 weeks. Inventory levels only decrease after the user has completed placing an order.
We ask and encourage you to place your order online, however, customer service is available Monday - Friday from 10:30AM at orders@kotaklifebrandstore.in We are also available Monday - Friday from 10:30AM to 6:30PM at 020-60122774.
If you have placed an order, you may check the status on "My orders" page once you are logged into the site.

Order processing begins after you click on the submit button therefore it may not be possible to cancel your order. Please contact customer service at orders@kotaklifebransdtore.in or call 020-60122774 for assistance and if your order cannot be cancelled, you may return it.
You can add gift card or coupon code to your wallet by Going to “My wallet” section. Click on Redeem coupon to add the money to wallet. Kindly note that only vouchers issued by Kotak Life Insurance can be redeemed on this site.
